1) The National Irrigation Administration (NIA) MARIIS Division III, through GAA 2026 intends to apply the sum of Five Million Pesos (P5,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for 2025-D3-OMNISPIS-GAMU-1A: Rehabilitation of Pumping Station No. 3, Gamu, Isabela. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The National Irrigation Administration (NIA) MARIIS Division III now invites bids for 2025-D3-OMNISPIS-GAMU-1A: Rehabilitation of Pumping Station No. 3, Gamu, Isabela. Completion of the Works is required One Hundred Twenty (120) Calendar Days. Bidders should possess a valid PCAB License applicable to the contract (at least Small B category C/D).
