1. The National Irrigation Administration (NIA) MARIIS Division III, through the GAA 2025 intends to apply the sum of Forty Three Million Nine Hundred Fifty-Nine Thousand Four Hundred Eighty-Three Pesos and 89/100 Only (₱43,959,483.89) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract 2025-D3-EGPIP-QUIRINO-C: Construction of Three (3) Units 15HP Solar PV Submersible Pumping System at Quirino Isabela.

2. The NIA MARIIS Division III now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required One Hundred Seventy (150) Calendar Days.
