Description : The PCA-Region XIII, through the 2025 Catering Services for Farmers Training
intends to apply the sum of One Million Eight Hundred Thousand Pesos (PhP
1,800,000.00) Only being the ABC to payments under the contract for the supply,
handling, transport and delivery of Three Thousand (3,000) Foods and
Beverages/Catering Services for the CY 2025 Farmers- Training in Four (4)
Provinces of Caraga Region. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be
automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Philippine Coconut Authority, Region XIII now invites bids for the above
Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within One Hundred Sixty
(160) Calendar days upon conforme of the Notice to Proceed (NTP). Bidders should
have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids,
a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in
the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
