1. The Department of Agriculture - Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources (DA-BFAR), through the General Appropriations Act for 2025 intends to apply the sums of ONE MILLION ONE HUNDRED EIGHTY-EIGHT THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (Php 1,188,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Bid Reference No. 2025-45 entitled “SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF BATTERIES, DISTILLED WATERS AND BATTERY SOLUTIONS FOR DA-BFAR VESSELS”. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
