INVITATION TO BID FOR SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF DRUGS AND MEDICINE FOR PROGRAM ON BASIC ESSENTIALS MEDICINES

1) The Municipality of Bantayan, through the Trust Fund intends to apply the sum of Five Hundred Thirty Thousand Nine Hundred Fifty Pesos & 00/100 (Php 530,950.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF DRUGS AND MEDICINE FOR PROGRAM ON BASIC ESSENTIALS MEDICINES / 2025-300-11-0044. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The Municipality of Bantayan now invites bids for SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF DRUGS AND MEDICINE FOR PROGRAM ON BASIC ESSENTIALS MEDICINES. Delivery of the Goods is required by thirty (30) calendar days after receipt of Purchase Order / Notice to Proceed.
