1. The Municipality of Silang, through Special Education Fund intends to apply the sum of Six Hundred Twelve Thousand Four Hundred Twenty Nine 56/100 Pesos (Php 612,429.56) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract or Rehabilitation of Stage & Multi-Purpose Hall at Tibig Elementary School, Tibig, Silang, Cavite Bidding NO. 2025 - 2573. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected a bid opening.
2. The Municipality of Silang now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within 60 calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
