  1. The Municipality of Silang, through Special Education Fund intends to apply the sum
  of Nineteen Million Nine Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand One Hundred SeventyNine and Eighty-Six Centavos Only ( Php 19,999,179.86) being the Approved Budget
  for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Construction of Two
  Storey with Six Classroom School Building at Munting Ilog Elementary School,
  Barangay Munting Ilog, Silang, Cavite -Public Bidding NO. 2025-2606. Bids
  received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
  2. The Municipality of Silang now invites bids for the above Procurement Project.
