The Department of Agriculture - Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources (DA- BFAR), through the General Appropriations Act for 2025 intends to apply the sum of SEVENTY-FOUR MILLION NINE HUNDRED TWENTY-FOUR THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED SEVENTY-NINE AND 73/100 PESOS ONLY (Php 74,924,179.73) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for Bid Reference No. 2025-22 entitled “SUPPLY, INSTALLATION, & COMMISSIONING OF A BACK-UP POWER SUPPLY FOR BFAR LABORATORY BUILDING IN QUEZON CITY”.

Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
