Description : SUPPLY, DELIVERY, AND INSTALLATION OF LANDSCAPING MATERIALS AND WORKS FOR THE FLAGPOLE GROUND AND FRONTAGE OF THE PERIMETER FENCE OF DA-RFO XI
Scope of Work:
1. Clearing, leveling, and preparation of the ground to be landscaped;
2. Supply, delivery, and installation of both hardscape and softscape elements as indicated in the approved design and plan; and
3. Maintenance of the landscaped area until all plants are well-established
Conditions:
1. The contractor shall submit a final landscape design plan including the list of plants to be installed and detailed estimates based on the Work Description;
2. The contractor shall assign one (1) gardener/landscaper responsible for the maintenance of the plants for a period of three (3) months, or until such time the plants are fully established; and
3. As part of the evaluation and post-qualification process, the bidder shall submit proof of at least two (2) similar completed projects, duly certified by the end-user or client.
