1. The MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT OF MIDSAYAP, through the 20% EDF 2025, intends to apply the sum of One
Million Pesos (P 1,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the
contract for the said project with ID No. 2025-112. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically
rejected at bid opening.
2. The MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT OF MIDSAYAP now invites bids for CONSTRUCTION OF ONE (1) UNIT SOLAR
WATER SYSTEM AT PUROK 3, BARANGAY LOWER GLAD, MIDSAYAP, COTABATO. Completion of the Works is
required within Sixty (60) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The
