Condition:

1. Shall include Driver and Fuel
2. All expenses of the driver during travel such as meals and lodging must be shouldered bt the contracted company.
3. Offered Units must be in good condition , well -maintained and airconditioned .
4. In case of accidents occuring during travels, liabilities or any settlement on any damaged properties or loss of life must be shouldered by the contracted company .
5. Must provide an extra vehicle to back -up in case of vehicle breakdowns happening along the way.
