Invitation to Bid for the ROAD CONCRETING LEADING TO MUNICIPAL EVACUATION CENTER AT BARANGAY TICAD, BANTAYAN, CEBU
1. The Municipality of Bantayan, through the 20% Development Fund intends to apply the sum of Five Million Pesos & 00/100 (Php 5,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for ROAD CONCRETING LEADING TO MUNICIPAL EVACUATION CENTER AT BARANGAY TICAD, BANTAYAN, CEBU / 2025-100-07-0311. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipality of Bantayan now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required Eighty-five (85) days after receipt of PO/Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
