MUNICIPALITY OF BANTAYAN

INVITATION TO BID FOR SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF SUPPLIES FOR MATERNAL AND COMMUNICABLE PATIENTS

1. The Municipality of Bantayan, through the General Fund intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred Forty Thousand Twenty-Eight Pesos & 00/100 (Php 440,028.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF SUPPLIES FOR MATERNAL AND COMMUNICABLE PATIENTS / 2025-100-07-0284. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipality of Bantayan now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by Thirty (30) days after receipt of PO/Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
