INVITATION TO BID FOR SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF COMMON SUPPLIES AND EQUIPMENT FOR ALL OFFICES/DEPARTMENTS IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BANTAYAN FOR THE 1ST QUARTER OF CY 2025

1. The Municipality of Bantayan, through the General Fund intends to apply the sum Nine Hundred Forty-six Thousand Three Hundred Sixty-two Pesos & 00/100 (Php 946,362.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF COMMON SUPPLIES AND EQUIPMENT FOR ALL OFFICES/DEPARTMENTS IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BANTAYAN FOR THE 1ST QUARTER OF CY 2025 / 2025-100-01-0068. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipality of Bantayan now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by Thirty (30) days after receipt of PO/Notice to Proceed.
