2025-091, PROCUREMENT OF RENTAL SERVICES FOR LIGHTS AND SOUNDS WITH LED WALL AND VIDEO
MAPPING FOR THE CONDUCT OF BINIBINING MIDSAYAP 2025
1. The MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT OF MIDSAYAP, through the General Fund intends to apply the sum of Four
Hundred Thousand Pesos(P 400,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments
under the contract for the said project with ID No. 2025-091. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be
automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT OF MIDSAYAP now invites bids for above Procurement Project. Delivery of
the Goods is required by Thirty (30) Calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within Two (2) years
from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an
eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
