PROVISION OF JANITORIAL & MAINTENANCE SERVICES
FY2026 FOR OFFICIAL USE OF DENR-RO8, TACLOBAN CITY
P.R. NO. 2025-09-036

1. The DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENT AND NATURAL RESOURCES - REGIONAL OFFICE 8 [DENR RO8], through the FY 2026 National Expenditure Program (NEP) intends to apply the sum of Two Million Five Hundred Twenty-Two Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty Pesos and 40/100 [Ph2,522,750.40] being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Provision of Janitorial & Maintenance Services FY2026 for Official use of DENR RO8, Tacloban City (P.R. No. 2025-09-036). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The DENR RO8 now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Services is required for the period January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026.
