INVITATION TO BID
PROCUREMENT OF ICTE AND COMMUNICATION EQUIPMENT
FOR OFFICIAL USE OF DENR RO8-CDD
P.R. No. 2025-07-003

1. The DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENT AND NATURAL RESOURCES - REGIONAL OFFICE 8 [DENR RO8], through the FY 2025 General Appropriations Act - RA No. 12116 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Seven Hundred Sixty-Six Thousand Three Hundred Seventy-Three Pesos & 00/100 [Ph2,766,373.00] composed of ICTE AND COMMUNICATION EQUIPMENT being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the Contract. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The DENR RO8 now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by thirty [30] calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within two [2] years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
