The MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT OF MIDSAYAP, through the SEF FY 2025, intends to apply the sum of Nine
Hundred Thousand Pesos (P 900,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments
under the contract for the said project with ID No. 2025-064. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be
automatically rejected at bid opening.
