The Department of Social Welfare and Development MIMAROPA Region through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), intends to procure the "Supply and Delivery of Various Food Items and Commodities for the implementation of the 15th Cycle Supplementary Feeding Program in Mansalay, Oriental Mindoro" through Section 53.12 Negotiated Procurement - Community Participation of 2016 Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 9184 with an Approved Budget for the Contract of Two Million Four Hundred Ninety Five Thousand Seven Hundred Ninety Eight and 45/100 Pesos Only (P2,495,798.45).
