Description : PROCUREMENT OF NUTRITIOUS FOOD PRODUCT (NFP) - NUTRICOOKIES FOR THE SCHOOL-BASED FEEDING PROGRAM IMPLEMENTATION FOR SY 2025-2026
1. The DepEd - Division of Zamboanga City, through the SUB-ARO NO. (RO-9-ZC-25-02-0073) intends to apply the sum of FIVE MILLION FOUR HUNDRED TWENTY-FIVE THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED SIXTY PESOS [5,425,860.00] being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) under the contract for PROCUREMENT OF NUTRITIOUS FOOD PRODUCT (NFP) - KARABUN (MILKY BUN) FOR THE SCHOOL-BASED FEEDING PROGRAM IMPLEMENTATION FOR SY 2025-2026 in the Division of Zamboanga City. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The DepEd - Division of Zamboanga City now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by 6 Calendar Days Bidders should have completed, within Five (5) Years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
