2025-048, CONSTRUCTION OF SOLAR WATER SYSTEM FOR RANGABAN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL,
MIDSAYAP, COTABATO
1. The MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT OF MIDSAYAP, through the Special Education Fund FY 2025, intends to apply
the sum of Nine Hundred Thousand Pesos (P 900,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC)
to payments under the contract for the said project with ID No. 2025-048. Bids received in excess of the ABC
shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT OF MIDSAYAP now invites bids for CONSTRUCTION OF SOLAR WATER SYSTEM
FOR RANGABAN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL, MIDSAYAP, COTABATO. Completion of the Works is required within
Sixty (60) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of
