Description : 2025-027, SUPPLY, DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION OF CCTVS AT STRATEGIC LOCATIONS IN

1.
The MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT OF MIDSAYAP, through the DRRM FUND 9992-1. A intends to apply the sum
of Seven Hundred Thirteen Thousand Six Hundred Thirty-Eight Pesos (P 713,638.00) being the Approved
Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the said project with ID No. 2025-027.
Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

The MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT OF MIDSAYAP now invites bids for above Procurement Project. Delivery of
the Goods is required by Thirty (30) Calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within Two (2) years
from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an
eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
