Description : 1) The Department of Social Welfare and Development Field Office IV-A, through the National Expenditure Program (NEP) 2026 - Direct Release Fund intends to apply the sum of Twenty-Five Million Nine Hundred Forty-Five Thousand Six Hundred Fifteen and 56/100 (Php 25,945,615.56) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for PROVISION OF SECURITY SERVICES FY 2025. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The Department of Social Welfare and Development Field Office IV-A CALABARZON now invites bids for PROVISION OF SECURITY SERVICES FY 2025 for the January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026. Bidders should have completed, with at least five (5) years of experience and must possess a good track record in security services business from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
