1 1 Lot PEST CONTROL SERVICES FOR ONE (1) YEAR GENERAL TREATMENT

Scope of Services:

1. Soil termiticide of soil as close as possible to the base of the outside walls either by trending or drilling method. This is intended to create a chemical barrier around the building to prevent entry of termites.

2. Wood Drenching- This refers to the treatment of the reachable wood and cement, cracks, ceiling, drilling and spraying enough solution to absorb.

3. Termites to be treated as rat, cockroach, bed bugs and mosquitoes.

Warranty: One (1) year warranty effective from the
date of the treatment.
