1. The MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT OF MIDSAYAP, through the FY 2024 LGSF-GEF, TF PROPER, intends to apply the
sum of Six Million Seven Hundred Forty-Four Thousand Two Hundred Twenty-Three Pesos & 32/100
(P 6,744,223.32) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the
said project with ID No. 2025-019. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid
opening.
2. The MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT OF MIDSAYAP now invites bids for REHABILITATION / IMPROVEMENT OF LEVEL III
POTABLE WATER SUPPLY SYSTEM AT BARANGAY SAN PEDRO, MIDSAYAP, COTABATO. Completion of the Works
