Description : 1. The DepEd- City Schools Division Office of Cabuyao, through the General Appropriations Act of 2024 intends to apply the sum of following ABC corresponding to each lot, and the Procurement Project/identification number of contract for each lot being the ABC to payments under the contract for each lot. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
