1. The MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT OF MIDSAYAP, through the 20% EDF CY 2025-8919-B-5, intends to apply the
sum of One Million Pesos (P 1,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments
under the contract for the said project with ID No. 2025-008. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be
automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT OF MIDSAYAP now invites bids for SUPPLY, DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION OF
SOLAR STREET LIGHTS FROM PUROK 1 GOING TO PUROK 7, BARANGAY BUAL SUR, MIDSAYAP,
