2025-002 (RE-BID), SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF ESSENTIAL MEDICINES FOR THE TREATMENT OF
MENTALLY ILL PATIENTS IN MIDSAYAP, COTABATO
1. The MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT OF MIDSAYAP, through the GAD Fund (7999-A-N), intends to apply the sum
of Three Hundred Eighty-Four Thousand Nine Hundred Eighty-Two Pesos & 81/100 (P 384,982.81) being the
Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the said project with ID No.
2025-002. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT OF MIDSAYAP now invites bids for above Procurement Project. Delivery of
the Goods is required by Thirty (30) Calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within Two (2) years
