Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THEPROCUREMENTOFVARIOUSMEDICAL
SUPPLIES FOR THEOFFICES/HOSPITALS FOR C.Y2025
The Provincial Government of Bohol, through the Bids and Awards Committee for CY 2025,
intends to apply the sum of FOUR MILLION SIX HUNDRED NINETY FOUR
THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED SIXTY PESOS AND 59/100 ONLY (₱ 4,694,560.59)
being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the
PROCUREMENT OF VARIOUS MEDICAL SUPPLIES FOR THE
OFFICES/HOSPITALS FOR C.Y 2025 with Procurement Reference No. 2025-000139
Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
The Provincial Government of Bohol now invites bids for the above Procurement Project.
Delivery of the Goods is required within 30 DAYS after receipt of the Notice to Proceed.
Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the procurement project with an amount
of at least TWENTY FIVE PERCENT(25%) of the Approved Budget for the Contract.
