Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF MISCELLANEOUS
FIXRURES, OUTDOOR AND GARDEN DECOR AND FIXTURES FOR THE 1ST
QUARTER OF C.Y 2025
The Provincial Government of Bohol, through the Bids and Awards Committee for CY 2025,
intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION FOUR HUNDRED SEVENTY SIX
THOUSAND AND FIFTY PESOS ONLY (₱ 1,476,050.00) being the Approved Budget
for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the PROCUREMENT OF
MISCELLANEOUS FIXRURES, OUTDOOR AND GARDEN DECOR AND
FIXTURES FOR THE 1ST QUARTER OF C.Y 2025 with Procurement Reference No.
2025-000119 Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid
opening.
The Provincial Government of Bohol now invites bids for the above Procurement Project.
Delivery of the Goods is required within 30 DAYS after receipt of the Notice to Proceed.
Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the procurement project with an amount
of at least FIFTY PERCENT(50%) of the Approved Budget for the Contract. The
