The Provincial Government of Bohol, through the Bids and Awards Committee for CY 2025,
intends to apply the sum of FOUR HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (₱
450,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the
contract for the PROCUREMENT CALIBRATION & PREVENTIVE
MAINTENANCE SERVICES OF ELEVATOR(12) MONTHS FOR USE OF
THE THE CAPITOL ANNEX(1ST QUARTER) OF C.Y 2025 with Procurement
Reference No. 2025-000071 Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically
rejected at bid opening.
The Provincial Government of Bohol now invites bids for the above Procurement Project.
Delivery of the Goods is required within 365 DAYSafter receipt of the Notice to Proceed.
Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the procurement project with an amount
of at least TWENTY FIVE PERCENT(25%) of the Approved Budget for the Contract.
