Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF CATHETERS AND TUBES
UNDER MEDICAL SUPPLIES FOR USE OF VARIOUS HOSPITALS
The Provincial Government of Bohol, through the Bids and Awards Committee for CY 2025,
intends to apply the sum of FIVE MILLION SIX HUNDRED NINETY SEVEN
THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED NINETY EIGHT PESOS AND 87/100 ONLY (₱
5,697,798.87) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the
contract for the PROCUREMENT OF CATHETERS AND TUBES UNDER
MEDICAL SUPPLIES FOR USE OF VARIOUS HOSPITALS with Procurement
Reference No. 2025-000048. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically
rejected at bid opening.
The Provincial Government of Bohol now invites bids for the above Procurement Project.
Delivery of the Goods is required within 30 DAYS after receipt of the Notice to Proceed.
Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the procurement project with an amount
of at least TWENTY FIVE PERCENT (25%) of the Approved Budget for the Contract.
