Description : 1. The Department of Agriculture - Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources (DA - BFAR), through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) for FY 2024 intends to apply the total sum of TWELVE MILLION FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND PEOS ONLY (Php 12,500,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for the Procurement of “SUPPLY, DELIVERY, INSTALLATION, TESTING AND COMMISSIONING OF PHOTOVOLTAIC PV PANEL SYSTEM AT THE MULTI-SPECIES LEGISLATED HATCHERY PROJECT IN LINGIG, SURIGAO DEL SUR” with Bid Reference No. 2024-77. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The DA - BFAR, now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within the period stated in the Section VI - Schedule of Requirements.
