1.The Department of Agriculture - Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources (DA-BFAR), through the General Appropriations Act for 2024 intends to apply the sums of ONE BILLION FIVE HUNDRED MILLION PESOS ONLY (PhP 1,500,000,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Bid Reference No. 2024-62 entitled “ACQUISITION OF 50-METER STEEL HULL MULTI-MISSION OFFSHORE VESSEL AND 80-METER STEEL HULL MULTI-PURPOSE REFRIGERATED CARGO VESSEL”. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
