The Barangay Local Government Unit of Galicia, Rapu-Rapu, Albay, through the Budget for the Contract Approved by the Sanggunian intends to apply the sum of Six Hundred Fifty Three Thousand Eight Hundred Thirty-Three Pesos Only (653,833.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for detailed as follows: Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
