1. The City Government of Dumaguete of Negros Oriental, through Source of Fund: Responsibility Center: 4411-2-200/ Account Code: 5-02-99-080 intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred Ninety One Thousand Nine Hundred Thirty Nine Pesos and Forty Centavos (Php491,939.40) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Purchase of 20 boxes Acyclovir 400mg Tab 30-s and other items For CHO Pharmacy Use “Botika sa Masa”. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The City Government of Dumaguete of Negros Oriental now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by the End-user within 3-15 working days from receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within Five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
