1. The City Government of Cagayan de Oro, through the Continuing Allotment, Supplemental Budget No. 5 CY 2023, Local School Board - Special Education Fund - Elementary Education - Capital Outlay - School Buildings - Construction, Repair and Rehabilitation of School Buildings and Other Facilities intends to apply the sum of Thirty Five Million Nine Hundred Ninety Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety Eight and 24/100 (PhP35,999,998.24) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for 2 Storey, 6 Classroom, Bulao Elementary School, Brgy. Iponan; SN 185 - 2025. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
