1. The CITY GOVERNMENT OF ZAMBOANGA, through the AB 2025 intends to apply the sum of THREE HUNDRED SEVENTY-FIVE THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED NINETY-EIGHT PESOS (P375,798.00) ONLY being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Repair and Maintenance - Transportation Equipment for Lot 1: PR No. 100-25-07-1472 (P104,754.00) and Lot 2: PR No. 100-25-07-1471 (P271,044.00). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
