Description : Description

1. The Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) IX, through the General Appropriations Act 2025 intends to apply the sum of sixty-eight Thousand six hundred forty six Pesos (P68,646.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Procurement of 1st quarter office supplies to be used for RO Operations. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) IX now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Bidders should have completed, within Five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.

3. Bidding will be conducted through open small value procurement procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184.
