1ST NEGOTIATED PROCUREMENT

UPGRADING/IMPROVEMENT OF NV SPORTS COMPLEX
LOCATED AT BAYOMBONG, NUEVA VIZCAYA

1) The Provincial Local Government Unit of Nueva Vizcaya (PLGU-Nueva Vizcaya), through the 2025 20% Development Fund intends to apply the sum of Twenty Million Seventy Four Thousand Six Hundred Seventy Five Pesos and Eighty Eight Centavos (₱20,074,675.88) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Upgrading/Improvement of NV Sports Complex located at Bayombong, Nueva Vizcaya. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
