CONSTRUCTION OF STREET LIGHTING SYSTEM AT CITY OF LIPA, BATANGAS (PACKAGE OF 2) (A. BRGY. BULAKLAKAN, B. BRGY. PINAGTONGULAN)

1. The Provincial Government of Batangas, through the General Fund Supplemental Budget No. 3 of FY 2024 intends to apply the sum of One Million Two Hundred Twenty-Seven Thousand Seven Hundred Ninety-Eight Pesos and 72/100 (P1,227,798.72) being the ABC to payments under the contract for each lot. Bids received in the excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Provincial Government of Batangas now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within Thirty (30) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instruction to Bidders).
