The City of Dumaguete thru its BIDS AND AWARDS COMMITTEE (BAC), invites all interested manufacturers, suppliers, dealers and/or distributors to apply for eligibility and to submit BIDS for the SUPPLY of:

1. 169 boxes Losartan 50 mg (100s), p17,238.00
2. 255 boxes Amlodipine 5mg (100s), p25,500.00
3. 150 boxes Metroprolol 50mg (100s), 31,500.00
4. 9 boxes Methyldopa 250mg (100s), 5,850.00
5. 30 boxes Metformin 500mg (100s), 1,860.00
6. 60 boxes Glimepiride 2mg (100s), p18,000.00

Purpose: For used by the Municipality of San Jose for Purokalusugan medicines

Note: Non-refundable fee for the Bidding Documents in the amount of Php100.00
