TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Required to submit conversion factor converting kilogram of liquid oxygen to cubic meter
- Delivery is made when the capacity of the VIC (Vacuum Insulated
Capsule) of the NOPH Oxygen Plant reaches the ordering level
capacity or as the need arises upon the request of the end-user.
- Payment is made every after delivery of (LOX) Liquid Oxygen
per tanker vehicle with supporting documents.
- The bidders must have a business establishment/office/warehouse and
valid business/mayors permit within
Negros Oriental area as a requirement
- The bidder must have an oncall technician
- The bidder must have a 24/7 operator
- Failure to comply and/or absence of the said requirement
shall result to outright disqualification
