Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR INFRA - A-013: LANDSCAPING OF
PROVINCIAL CAPITOL COMPOUND, BRGY. KUMINTANG IBABA,

BATANGAS CITY

1) The Provincial Government of Batangas, through the General Fund Supplemental
Budget No. 3 of FY 2025, 1 intends to apply the sum of Sixty-Four Million Five Hundred
Thousand Pesos (₱64,500,000.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC)
to payments under the contract for Landscaping of Provincial Capitol Compound,
Brgy. Kumintang Ibaba, Batangas City.
Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Provincial Government of Batangas now invites bids for the above procurement
project. Completion of the Works is required One Hundred Fifty (150) calendar days.
Bidders should have completed, within ten (10) years from the date of submission and
receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is
contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instruction to Bidders (ITB).
