Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR INFRA - A-012: COMPLETION OF
WAREHOUSE AT OPA COMPOUND, BOLBOK, BATANGAS CITY
1) The Provincial Government of Batangas, through the General Fund Supplemental
Budget No. 3 of FY 2025, 1 intends to apply the sum of One Million Three Hundred
Thousand Pesos (₱1,300,000.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to
payments under the contract for Completion of Warehouse at OPA Compound,
Bolbok, Batangas City.
Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Provincial Government of Batangas now invites bids for the above procurement
project. Completion of the Works is required Ninety (90) calendar days. Bidders should
have completed, within ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a
contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the
Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instruction to Bidders (ITB).
3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-
discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR of RA 12009, otherwise ...
