The City Government of Bais invites interested bidders to apply for eligibility and to bid to be distributed to identified rice farmer beneficiaries, Office of the City Agriculturist, viz:

The approved budget for the contract is to be taken from 8711-5-02-99-990 (10) RICE PRODUCTION. Partial bids are allowed, however, bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

In order to qualify, bidders should conform to the eligibility criteria as prescribed under Sec. 23 and 25 of the Revised IRR-A of R.A. 9184.
