1. The CITY GOVERNMENT OF ZAMBOANGA, through the AB 2025 intends to apply the sum of SIX HUNDRED TWENTY-FOUR THOUSAND PESOS (P624,000.00) ONLY being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Training Expenses for PR No. 100-25-07-1400. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
