1. The Provincial Government of Batangas, through the Continuing Appropriation - General Fund of FY 2020 intends to apply the sum of Thirteen Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (P 13,500,000.00) the excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Provincial Government of Batangas now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of Goods is required within Fifty (50) calendar days.
