Description : BOOTH DESIGN/LAYOUT, INSTALLATION, AND DISMANTLING

• Design and construction of the booth with inclusions not limited to the following:
o All design and landscaping materials, procedures and accessories for a 2m x 3m (6sqm) booth which showcase the Cordillera-s rich and diverse tourism industry
o Production and Installation of Collaterals and Booth features (refer to sample design)
 Four 4 Pillars with Love the Philippines and The Cordilleras Title
 Customized 4 Ifugao Huts on top of pillars (roofs should be sintra build UP)
 One (1) unit information table with Cordillera design with 2 chairs
 Two (2) units brochure racks
 One table and 2 chairs for business meetings
 Coffee percolator and at least 5 gallons of water for the duration of the exhibit.(ensure socket for percolator)
 Trash bins with ample supply of trash bags for the duration of the event.
 Wooden clothes rack for display of weaves

 Plants for setup
 Storage space for collaterals and other promotional materials.
 Ensure well-lit booth
