The approved budget for the contract is to be taken from Repair and Maintenance-Machinery and Equipment 8751(02-13-050) (Supplemental) Resolution - No.888. Partial bids are allowed, however, bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

In order to qualify, bidders should conform to the eligibility criteria as prescribed under Sec. 23 and 25 of the Revised IRR-A of R.A. 9184.
